FAQ

Plumbing questions, straight answers

Clear, honest answers to the questions Riverside homeowners ask us most. Can't find yours? Call us — we're happy to help.

How much does a plumber cost?

Most repairs with Riverside Plumbing cost between $85 and $290. We charge a flat call-out fee of $49, which is waived if you go ahead with the work, and we always give you a fixed price before we start.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency plumbing?

Yes. Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. A licensed plumber typically arrives within 60 minutes anywhere in our service area.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Riverside, Corona, Moreno Valley, Jurupa Valley, Norco and Eastvale. If you're just outside these areas, call us — we can often still help.

Are your plumbers licensed and insured?

Yes. Every Riverside plumber is fully licensed, background-checked and covered by $2 million liability insurance.

Do you guarantee your work?

All of our workmanship comes with a 2-year guarantee. If something we fixed fails in that time, we come back and fix it free of charge.

What should I do if a pipe bursts?

Turn off your main water valve straight away (usually near the water meter or where the pipe enters your home), switch off electrics near the water if it's safe, then call our 24/7 line.

Can you fix it on the first visit?

In over 90% of jobs, yes. Our vans carry the most common parts, so most leaks, blockages and toilet repairs are finished in a single visit.

How do I book a plumber?

Call us on (555) 014-2200 or use the online booking form. Choose your problem and a time slot, and we'll confirm your appointment within 15 minutes during office hours.
